My Best Practice takes into consideration the feedback from our users to consistently make updates and launch exciting new features! Check out some of our new features below.

You can now easily create custom tags within your account to organize your client list.

These tags can then be used to filter clients based on their tags when searching your client list.

You can now set up the default rates for each professional within their user settings. This will auto-populate a specified rate when the CPT code is selected while scheduling an appointment.

If you need to override the default rate for a specific client, you can do so within the client’s profile in their Default Rates tab.

You can now choose to have the system automatically generate and send monthly superbills to your client’s secure portal.

They will receive an email notifying them that a new billing document has been added to their account.
